Im Juli 2017 gilt das gleich doppelt. Zum einen findet dort als H\u00f6hepunkt und Abschluss der deutschen G20-Pr\u00e4sdentschaft der G20-Gipfel statt. Mit Medienrummel, Polizeiparade und allem Drum und Dran. Zum anderen ist Hamburg mit seinem Hafen auch eine wichtige Drehscheibe der deutsche Exportwirtschaft und des globalen Warenverkehrs \u2013 und damit die passende B\u00fchne, um Staat und Kapital einen Strich durch die Rechnung zu machen. Denn ein besseres Leben f\u00fcr alle ist von beiden ganz sicher nicht zu erwarten. Wir rufen dazu auf, den G20-Gipfel und die internationale Mobilisierung dagegen zu nutzen, um dort anzusetzen, wo es einer Welt, in der Waren frei \u00fcber die Weltmeere schippern, w\u00e4hrend zugleich tausendfach Migrant_innen ertrinken, wirklich wehtun kann.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits jetzt ist klar: Es wird mit den Staats- und Regierungschef*innen der 19 gr\u00f6\u00dften Industrienationen und Europa eine Show der Superlative \u2013 und von den hochtrabenden Versprechen einer \u201egerechten Gestaltung der Globalisierung\u201c wird jedes einzelne gebrochen werden. Mal wieder. Denn der G20-Gipfel ist ein zentraler Ausdruck des politischen Dilemmas des Kapitalismus: Seine Widerspr\u00fcche werden von der Politik und ihrem Personal nicht wie behauptet gel\u00f6st, sondern blo\u00df verwaltet. Das G20-Treffen ist eher kein kollektiver Akteur, sondern ein Spielfeld der Staatenkonkurrenz zwischen den westlichen Nato-Staaten und Russland, zwischen der s\u00fcdeurop\u00e4ischen Peripherie, die im Rahmen der EU-Mitgliedschaft im G20 auch ein bisschen mitspielen darf, und einem Deutschland, das auch \u00fcber die Ebene der G20 versucht, die eigene wirtschaftliche und politische Dominanz auszubauen. Und auch die anderen Teilnehmerstaaten sind selbstverst\u00e4ndlicher Teil dieser schlechten Gesellschaft: die T\u00fcrkei, die gerade den \u00dcbergang zur offenen Diktatur vollzieht, tausende Menschen mit Repression bedroht oder einkerkert und Krieg gegen die eigene Bev\u00f6lkerung f\u00fchrt, Brasilien mit seiner neuen ultraneoliberalen und technokratischen Regierung, das Schreckgespenst Trump, das in seinem Wahn selbst noch die neoliberalen Eliten das F\u00fcrchten lehrt etc.<\/p>\n<p>Doch je weniger die Politik und ihr Personal den Menschen in Bezug auf die L\u00f6sung der gro\u00dfen Krisen unserer Zeit anzubieten hat, sondern im Gegenteil die Barbarisierung der gesellschaftlichen Verh\u00e4ltnisse weltweit vorantreibt, desto gesch\u00e4ftiger wird politische Handlungsf\u00e4higkeit simuliert. Der G20 ist daher \u2013 nicht zuletzt auch vor der Bundestagswahl 2017 \u2013 vor allem ein Repr\u00e4sentationsevent, das Legitimation durch Spektakel erzeugen soll. Der massive Versuch einer Einbindung von NGOs und Initiativen im Rahmen des Civic-Prozesses ist Ausdruck davon. Ebenso der Plan, das Gipfel-Programm in der Innenstadt durchzuziehen, um N\u00e4he zu B\u00fcrger*innen, Dialog und Interesse an zivilgesellschaftlichen Forderungen zu simulieren. Die Wahl Hamburgs ist kein Zufall, sondern der ideologische Versuch, um den G20-Gipfel mit neuer Legitimit\u00e4t zu versehen. Damit alles so bleibt, wie es ist.<\/p>\n<p>Zugleich eskalieren die zahlreichen, systemisch bedingten Krisen des globalen Kapitalismus munter weiter: Der technologische Fortschritt macht \u2013 unter Bedingungen kapitalistischer Produktions- und Eigentumsverh\u00e4ltnisse \u2013 nicht die Armut, sondern die Menschen \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig. Die Politik verwaltet diesen Krisenprozess, diszipliniert die \u00dcber-fl\u00fcssigen und stellt sich gleichzeitig als Teil einer L\u00f6sung dar, die sie aus strukturellen Gr\u00fcnden gar nicht sein kann. Das f\u00fchrt zu Frustration, die sich immer \u00f6fter in Rechtsruck, nationalen Abschottungsphantasien, vor denen selbst die Linke nicht gefeit ist, und einer wachsenden reaktion\u00e4ren Opposition zur Globalisierung ausdr\u00fcckt \u2013 was wiederum die Krisenfolgen nur vesch\u00e4rft und emanzipatorische Auswege aus der Krise verstellt. Denn politische Handlungsf\u00e4higkeit k\u00f6nnen die Rechten im globalen Kapitalismus nur im negativen Sinne beweisen \u2013 indem sie noch mehr Menschen von fundamentalen Rechten und gesellschaftlichem Reichtum ausschlie\u00dfen, als es der hochtechnisierte Kapitalismus schon aus seiner \u00f6konomischen Dynamik heraus tut.<\/p>\n<p>Die breiten zivilgesellschaftlichen Proteste gegen den Gipfel, die bereits jetzt in ganz Europa geplant werden, stellen die Legitimit\u00e4t der herrschenden Politik zu Recht in Frage. Daf\u00fcr geb\u00fchrt ihnen Respekt. Doch in den Appellen f\u00fcr eine \u201eechte Probleml\u00f6sung, Demokratie und Gerechtigkeit\u201c verkennen die zivilgesellschaftlichen Proteste oftmals den systemischen Charakter und die strukturellen Grenzen von Politik im globalen Kapitalismus. Damit laufen sie Gefahr, die Illusion einer politischen Handlungsf\u00e4higkeit der Nationalstaaten erneut von Links zu befeuern. Auf kurz oder lang gibt es keine emanzipatorische Perspektive innerhalb der Ordnung von Kapital und Nationalstaat. Erst im Moment ihrer \u00dcberwindung \u00f6ffnet sich eine gesellschaftliche Perspektive, die nicht Organisation des Mangels, sondern solidarische Verf\u00fcgung \u00fcber den gesellschaftlichen Reichtum ist.<\/p>\n<p>Dagegen ist festzuhalten: Die Selbstorganisierung der Gesellschaft durch die Menschen ist mit der bestehenden Ordnung nicht zu haben. Das geht nur, wenn die Schranken der Nationalstaaten, die Zw\u00e4nge des kapitalistischen Weltmarkts, des Privateigentums an Produktionsmitteln und das Regime der Reproduktion \u00fcberwunden werden.<\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn der Plan waghalsig erscheint, die technischen Voraussetzungen daf\u00fcr sind heute so gut wie nie. Anstatt also weiter auf ein paar mehr Kr\u00fcmel f\u00fcr die zahllosen \u00dcberfl\u00fcssigen des Hightech-Kapitalismus zu hoffen, geht es vielmehr um eine Perspektive jenseits der B\u00e4ckerei. Und die werden wir nur erreichen, wenn wir beginnen, sie heute zu entwickeln und grenz\u00fcbergreifend aufzubauen. Gegen eine Ordnung, in der Krise Normalit\u00e4t und Normalit\u00e4t Krise bedeutet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Chance, die in Hamburg vor uns liegt, ist daher, gemeinsam mit unseren Freund*innen aus ganz Europe und beyond, die G20-B\u00fchne zu nutzen, um mit der Logistik einen Angriffspunkt aufzuzeigen, der \u00fcber politische Symbolik hinausgeht. Es geht dabei darum, einen Ausweg zu finden, dem Kapitalismus Leben abzutrotzen und sich dem Drift in die v\u00f6lkische wie religi\u00f6se Barbarei zu verweigern. Ohne schon zu viel zu verraten: Dieser Weg beginnt nicht mit Appellen an den Staat, sondern mit der grenz\u00fcbergreifenden Unterbrechung der Logistik des Kapitals selbst. Denn das ist die einzige Sprache, die es versteht. F\u00fcr etwas Besseres als die Gegenwart.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 ums Ganze!<br \/>\nfeat. GROW<br \/>\nNovember 2016<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dont_fight_the_players_fight_the_game_Shut_down_the_logistics_of_capital_for_the_upcoming_G20\"><\/span><strong>Don\u2019t fight the players, fight the game: Shut down the logistics of capital for the upcoming G20!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Everyone loves a trip to Hamburg. In July 2017, there are two good reasons to go there. As a highlight of the ending German presidency of G20, the G20 summit is being held in Hamburg. Including media hype, police parade and the whole rigmarole.<br \/>\nHamburg and its harbour are an important hub for the German export economy and the global goods traffic \u2013 and because of that, the perfect scenery to disrupt the state and capital. Both will never be able to provide a better life for all. We are calling to use the international mobilization against the G20 summit to inflict as much pain as possible to a world where goods can move freely over seas while at the same time migrants are dying by the thousands in the same oceans.<\/p>\n<p>One thing is clear: With the heads of state and government from the 19 biggest industrial nations and Europe, there can only be superlatives \u2013 their promises for a &#8222;just planning of globalization&#8220; will all be broken once again. The summit is a central expression of the political predicament called capitalism: The systemic contradictions will not be solved by the politicians and their staff, but will rather only be managed by them. The G20 is not a collective actor, but rather a court of competition between the western NATO-states and Russia, between the southern European periphery, who are allowed to play within the scope of EU-membership, and the German state trying to extend its economical and political dominance also on the level of the G20 meeting. The other participants are also part of this bad scene: Turkey, who is in the process of transitioning into an open dictatorship, threatening thousands of people with repression or incarcerating them and fighting a war against their own population, Brasil and its new ultraneoliberal and technocratic government, the nightmare of Trump, who will even make the neoliberal elites be afraid etc.<\/p>\n<p>The less politics and its actors are able to provide solutions for the problems of the people in times of crises, but are on the contrary advancing the worldwide barbarization of societal circumstanes, the more they try to simulate a political ability to act. The G20 summit is therefore &#8211; not least because of the German parliamentary elections in 2017 &#8211; primarily a representative event which wants to legitimize itself through putting on a show. This is demonstrated in the massive attempt to integrate NGO&#8217;s and initatives within the scope of the civic process. In the same manner, holding the event in the city center is not only a simulation of closeness to its citizens but also feigning interest in dialogue and the concerns and demands of civil society. Choosing Hamburg was no coincidence, but rather an ideological attempt towards relegitimizing the G20 summit. As to defend the status quo.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the numerous systemic crises of global capitalism continue to take place: technological progress \u2013 under the pressure of capitalist relations of production and structures of ownership \u2013 is not getting rid of poverty, but of human beings. Politics are managing those processes of crises, disciplining the dispensable and at the same time presents itself as an answer to all problems, whose solution it can never be, due to structural and systemic reasons. This leads to frustration and a shift to the right, nationalist seclusion phantasies, from which even leftists are not exempt, and a growing reactionary opposition to globalization \u2013 which in turn leads to ever more aggravating impacts of the crises and blocks progressive solutions for those problems to be formulated.<br \/>\nBecause the right-wingers can only prove their political ability to act in a negative way &#8211; through excluding even more people of their fundamental rights and from societal abundance and wealth, than the highly engineered capitalism is already doing due to its inherent economic dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Broad civil protests against the summit, emerging and being planned everywhere in Europe, are questioning the legitimacy of the ruling policy, and rightfully so. We have a lot of respect for that. But they fail to recognize, in their calls for &#8222;real problem solving, democracy and justice&#8220; the importance of analyzing the systemic character and the structural boundaries of politics in global capitalism. They are thus risking fueling the lefts&#8216; illusion of a unitarian state able to provide political capacity to act. Capitalism and nationalism will not be able to guarantee an emancipatory perspective, neither in the short- nor in the long-term. Only by overcoming capital and the unitarian state, will a societal prespective, which does not rely on the organisation of deficiency, but on a solidary disposition of societal assets and wealth, present itself.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand: the self-organization in this society will not be possible in the current political and economic order. This will only work once the barriers of nation states, the constraints of the capitalist world-market, the private ownership of production means and the regiment of production are overthrown. Even though the plan may seem daring, the technical requirements today are better than ever. Instead of hoping for some more crumbs for the numerous dispensables of hightech-capitalism, we need to focus on a perspective beyond the bakery. This perspective wil only be attainable, if we start to develop and design it today as well as establishing it across borders. Against an order where crisis is normality and normality implies a state of crisis.<\/p>\n<p>The possibility presented to us by Hamburg, is to use the G20 plattform to showcase, together with our friends from Europe and beyond, through focusing the logistics towards one target how we can overcome symbolical politics. We aim to find a way out, to hurt capitalism in a vital point and to refuse the drift into nationalist and religious barbary. Without revealing too much: This way-out will not start with a plea to the state, but with trans-border interruptions of the logistics of capital itself. Blocchiamo la logistica del capitale!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A chi non piacerebbe fare un bel giro ad Amburgo. A luglio 2017 ci saranno due buoni motivi per andarci.<\/p>\n<p>Come punto culminante della fine della Presidenza tedesca del G20, il vertice si terr\u00e0 ad Amburgo, tra clamore mediatico, parate di polizia e tutta la trafila che ne consegue. Amburgo e il suo porto sono un importante hub per l\u2019economia tedesca basata sull\u2019esportazione e per il traffico globale di merci \u2013 e per questo motivo, \u00e8 il luogo perfetto per disturbare lo Stato e il capitale. Nessuno dei due potr\u00e0 mai essere in grado di creare condizioni di vita migliori per tutti. Vi invitiamo perci\u00f2 ad usare la mobilitazione internazionale contro il vertice del G20 per mettere il pi\u00f9 possibile in difficolt\u00e0 un mondo in cui le merci possono circolare liberamente negli oceani, mentre nello stesso istante i migranti muoiono a migliaia in quelle stesse acque.<\/p>\n<p>Una cosa \u00e8 chiara: con i capi di Stato e di governo delle 19 pi\u00f9 grandi nazioni industriali, ci possono essere solo superlativi \u2013 le loro promesse di una \u201cgiusta pianificazione della globalizzazione\u201c saranno spezzate ancora una volta.<\/p>\n<p>Il vertice \u00e8 l\u2019espressione centrale della difficile situazione politica chiamata capitalismo: le contraddizioni sistemiche non saranno risolte dai politici e dal loro staff, vengono soltanto gestite da loro. Il G20 non \u00e8 un attore collettivo, ma un tribunale della concorrenza tra gli Stati occidentali della NATO e la Russia, tra la periferia europea meridionale, i cui paesi sono autorizzati a giocare nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019adesione all\u2019UE, e lo Stato tedesco, che prova ad estendere il suo predominio economico e politico anche sul piano della riunione del G20.<\/p>\n<p>Gli altri partecipanti sono anch\u2019essi parte di questa scena mal riuscita: la Turchia, attualmente in fase di transizione verso una dittatura a tutti gli effetti che minaccia migliaia di persone con la repressione o incarcerandole e combattendo una guerra contro la propria popolazione; il Brasile con il suo nuovo governo ultra-neoliberale e tecnocrate; e l\u2019incubo di Trump, che sta mettendo in difficolt\u00e0 persino l\u2019\u00e9lite neoliberale.<\/p>\n<p>In tempi di crisi, quanto pi\u00f9 la politica e i suoi attori non sono in grado di risolvere i problemi delle persone, mentre invece tentano di simulare una capacit\u00e0 politica di agire, tanto pi\u00f9 contribuiscono al progredire dell\u2019imbarbarimento delle circostanze sociali in tutto il mondo. Il vertice del G20 \u00e8 quindi principalmente \u2013 e non a causa delle elezioni parlamentari tedesche nel 2017 \u2013 un evento rappresentativo che cerca legittimazione attraverso la messa in scena di uno spettacolo. Questo \u00e8 dimostrato dal massiccio tentativo di integrare ONG e iniziative della \u201csociet\u00e0 civile\u201d nell\u2019evento. Allo stesso modo, tenere l\u2019evento nel centro della citt\u00e0 non \u00e8 solo una simulazione di vicinanza alla cittadinanza, ma \u00e8 anche un mero pretesto per mostrare interesse al dialogo e alle richieste della societ\u00e0 civile.<\/p>\n<p>Scegliere Amburgo non \u00e8 stata una coincidenza, quanto piuttosto il tentativo ideologico di ridare legittimazione al vertice del G20. Allo scopo di difendere lo status quo.<\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo, le numerose crisi sistemiche del capitalismo globale continuano ad aver luogo: il progresso tecnologico \u2013 sotto la pressione dei rapporti capitalistici di produzione e delle strutture di propriet\u00e0 \u2013 non libera dalla povert\u00e0, ma dall\u2019esistenza degli esseri umani. Le politiche gestiscono quei processi di crisi, disciplinando il superfluo e allo stesso tempo si presentano come la risposta a tutti i problemi, la cui soluzione non ci potr\u00e0 mai essere per ragioni strutturali e sistemiche.<\/p>\n<p>Questo porta alla frustrazione e ad uno spostamento verso destra, a fantasie nazionaliste, da cui anche le fila della sinistra non sono esenti, e ad una crescente opposizione reazionaria verso la globalizzazione \u2013 che a sua volta conduce ad impatti sempre pi\u00f9 aggravanti delle crisi e blocca le progressive soluzioni che possono essere formulate per questi. Perch\u00e9 le destre possono solo dimostrare la loro capacit\u00e0 politica di agire in modo negativo esattamente come fa il capitalismo, altamente ingegnerizzato, a causa della sua intrinseca dinamica economica, escludendo sempre pi\u00f9 persone dai diritti fondamentali e dall\u2019abbondanza e ricchezza della societ\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ampia protesta civile contro il summit, che sta emergendo e si sta pianificando ovunque in Europa, sta giustamente mettendo in discussione la legittimit\u00e0 della politica dominante. E di questo aspetto abbiamo massimo rispetto. Ma molte chiamate, che sostengono che \u201ela reale soluzione ai problemi sono democrazia e giustizia\u201c, non riescono a riconoscere l\u2019importanza di analizzare il carattere sistemico e i limiti strutturali della politica nel capitalismo globale.<\/p>\n<p>Cos\u00ec si rischia di alimentare l \u201aillusione di sinistra di uno Stato unitario in grado di fornire la capacit\u00e0 di un agire politico.
